Splicing Grips are made of galvanized steel in double weave mesh construction. Junior Splicing Grips are made of galvanized steel and are designed for use in very light duty and small splicing jobs. They are available in various lengths and sizes to suit most applications. Splicing Grips are used as a temporary splice for rope, cable or wire rope. They can also be used as cable reinforcement and can act as a shield to protect cables and hoses from abrasion.
